Greetings,
My name is Gerold, this my 3rd year as a volunteer coach with W.A.R. I recently returned from playing college basketball in New York. My mission and primary goal is to teach kids the right way to play basketball and uplift the youth all in the same sequence. I want kids to understand that there is more to life than basketball; you can be successful playing the game you love but also enjoy life after basketball. Basketball is just a game, and my desire is for the kids to begin thinking of what their futures will be like if the passion for basketball has faded away. As a coach I believe it’s my job to give them advice while encourgaging them.
