W.A.R. Athletics Program Contract

If your child(ren) is(are) ready to join the W.A.R. Athletics organization, you can submit the 2025 W.A.R. Athletics contract in one of two ways. You can submit the contract online at the link below or you can click on the file below to download and print out the 2025 WAR Athletics Contract. You can scan and email the completed documentation or simply bring the documentation to a W.A.R. scheduled practice or meeting.
